You are a Level 2 or above qualified Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar, looking for a role that allows flexibility in working shifts around your other commitments.
You enjoy supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children and were born to teach and shape the future of our younger generations.
You have a natural nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards in the UK.

What you\'ll be doing
You’ll be providing cover for the children as needed, which could be for periods of holiday, sickness, or vacancy gaps. Sometimes you\'ll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session.
You\'ll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan, but pivoting when circumstances call for it is a regular occurrence in childcare!
Creativity is key. Teaching young children allows for hands-on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to engage attention spans. While we work within the EYFS standards, you can engage your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
What you\'ll need
- A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years. (We can sometimes consider unqualified Educators, as long as they demonstrate the necessary qualities, values, and enthusiasm for working within this environment.)
- Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5 is advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable.
