How you'll spend your time here:
- You will be leading a dedicated team of friendly and supportive staff, helping to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
- We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Lead Early Years Educator (Third in Charge) who will work in partnership with the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
- Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework.
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences.
- Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment.
- Leads, motivates and inspires the educator team.
- Be the third in command in the nursery after the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager.
- Identifying areas of change and implementing.
We'd love to talk to you if you have the following:
- Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
