Archway Nursery School, located in a peaceful rural setting just minutes from Blandford Forum, offers a nurturing environment for children and staff alike. Our nursery features an exceptionally large outdoor space, including a dedicated forest school garden, a spacious main garden, and an all-weather AstroTurf area for year-round active play.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum and pedagogy principles daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions
- Bonding with children and their families through meaningful interactions
About you:
- A true love for child development and care
- Able and willing to work in a team
- Effective communication skills with management, peers, and parents
- High levels of care and empathy, recognising every opportunity as a learning moment
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Must haves:
- Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
