Hello, I’m Donna, the Nursery Manager at Barney Lodge. We take great pride in our indoor-outdoor approach to learning. Our children enjoy exploring our spacious, two-level garden areas and participating in enriching forest school sessions. For our youngest learners, our beautifully designed Baby Cottage for under 2s offers a calm, nurturing start to their journey.
As a Nursery Nurse, you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn by:
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bonding with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
- Demonstrating a true love for child development and care
- Exhibiting high levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Requirements:
- Early Years qualification at Level 3
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
