Woodville Nursery, located at Blacksmith Lane, Woodville, DE11 7EF, is seeking a passionate and ambitious Office Manager. This full-time position offers a salary of £13.50 per hour, with benefits including a performance-related bonus, 50% childcare discount, wellness day, and more.

Our nursery provides all-year-round care for children from six weeks to five years old at our Blacksmith's Lane site, and sessional care for children aged two and over at our Moira Road preschool. The Office Manager will work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to assist in the successful running of the nursery, supporting both front of house and office duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the enquiry management process, including nursery tours
- Managing the domestic staff team and ensuring compliance with COSHH and Environmental Health Inspections
- Bringing experience from a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting
- Understanding the importance of safeguarding
