Woodville Nursery, located at Blacksmith Lane, Woodville, DE11 7EF, is seeking a passionate and ambitious Office Manager. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday with a salary of £13.50 per hour.

We are committed to ensuring each child learns in a way that is right for them, encouraging inquisitiveness and imagination in our rich learning environments. Our nursery offers all-year-round care for children from six weeks to five years old at our Blacksmith's Lane site, and sessional care for children aged two and over at our Moira Road preschool.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to assist in the successful running of the nursery.
  • Support the enquiry management process, including nursery tours.
  • Be responsible for the domestic staff team and ensure compliance with COSHH and Environmental Health Inspections.
  • Have experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting.
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding.
