Hello, I'm Kerry, the Nursery Manager at Bilborough. I'm proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team focused on providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. About the role

As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

  • Applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
  • Ensuring children are safe, loved and inspired to learn.
  • Engaging with children to support their development and independence.

Requirements

  • Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning.
  • Minimum requirements: English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above or Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
  • Ability to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
  • Patient and friendly.
  • Consent to share information with the employer to confirm academic grades; certificates must be provided if grades cannot be confirmed.
  • Maximum 40‑minute drive by car or public transport.
