To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children, applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily, whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
Requirements:
- An Early Years qualification at Level 3
- Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
