Early Years Educators are you ready for a Senior role? To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.
You’ll be joining Willow Tree London team of Early Years Educators, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.
Day to day, you will deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team. You’ll identify areas for improvements whether that relates to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
- A Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
