As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising children during lunchtime, ensuring they are seated safely
- Encouraging children to eat independently and try different foods
- Ensuring children follow hygiene routines, including washing hands
- Assisting children who need help with eating or managing their meals
- Helping tidy up after lunch and ensuring the dining area is clean
- Supporting children in transitioning to their next activity after lunchtime
Requirements:
- An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
- Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
