To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life. You’ll be helping to provide cover for the children as and when needed. This could be for periods of holiday, sickness, or even vacancy gaps. Sometimes you'll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session. Pivoting when the circumstances call for it is a regular occurrence in childcare!
Teaching young children allows for hands-on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. Of course, we work within the EYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
Ideally, you are a Level 2 or above qualified Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar and you're looking for a role that allows you flexibility of working shifts around your other commitments. You have a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards in the UK.

Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5 is advantageous.
