About You

  • Level 3 or above qualified Room Leader Early Years Educator or similar, who thrives on leading by example and inspiring others
  • Love supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children, and motivating others to do the same
  • Have a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and care about learning and education standards in the UK

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver care to the children while supervising your team
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
  • Demonstrable leadership experience within Early Years
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
  • Reflect Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together

Hours: 40 per week, Monday‑Friday, Full Time

Salary: Starting £13.75 ph, dependent on qualifications and experience.
