Hi, I’m Alyson, the Nursery Manager at Grimsbury Manor. At Grimsbury Manor, we’re proud to have an experienced and passionate team with a deep understanding of early years education. Our beautiful outdoor spaces are designed to spark curiosity and creativity, offering opportunities for both adult- and child-led activities that encourage imaginative play and problem-solving. Our children spend dedicated time outdoors every day, connecting with nature and learning through enriching, hands-on experiences. Our recently refurbished nursery blends sustainability with history, preserving the charm of the original architecture while creating a warm, inspiring environment for our children to thrive in.

About the role: As an Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn.

  • Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
  • Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
  • Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you:

  • A true love for child development and care
  • Able and willing to work in a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
  • High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

  • Early Years qualification at Level 3
  • Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
