How to prepare for a job interview at Storal GR Limited
✨Know Your Stuff
Before the interview, take some time to research the nursery and its values. Familiarise yourself with the Storal curriculum and think about how you can apply it in your role. This shows genuine interest and helps you connect your passion for child development with their mission.
✨Show Your Personality
Don’t be afraid to let your unique self shine through! Whether it’s your quirky hobbies or personal experiences, share them during the interview. The nursery values individuality, so showing who you are can help you stand out as a candidate.

Expect questions that ask how you would handle specific situations with children. Think of examples from your past experiences or even hypothetical scenarios. This will demonstrate your understanding of child care and your ability to think on your feet.
✨Ask Thoughtful Questions
At the end of the interview, have a few questions ready to ask the interviewer. Inquire about their approach to child development or how they support their staff's growth. This not only shows your enthusiasm but also helps you gauge if the nursery is the right fit for you.
