Are you looking for a unique Nursery Practitioner job? In this role you’ll work across multiple Nurseries, gaining knowledge and experience in each setting, to further develop your childcare career.
Your role is to give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life. You’ll be joining Mandy’s team of area support Nursery Practitioners, who has 35 years of experience in childcare having worked in several roles including Nursery Manager and Area Manager.
Our Nursery Support Team is in the North East and will cover the following nurseries: The Lindens (NG17 1ES), Chesterfield (S44 5BL), St Peter & St Paul (S41 0EF), Clowne (S43 4JY) and Sheffield (S3 7BS). We have a wide variety of remarkable nurseries where our experienced and passionate team brings a wealth of early years expertise. We know that every child is unique, with their own story to tell, so we tailor our approach to suit each child’s pace, personality, and interests ensuring they feel supported, seen, and celebrated.
In this role, you will work closely with Mandy and the Nursery Managers to provide day-to-day cover and support where it is needed most. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children, applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to our children daily, whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
- An Early Years qualification at Level 3
- Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
- Have a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
- Be willing to travel within the Winchester area
