We are looking for experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with hands-on childcare experience who are committed to supporting young children’s learning and development. While formal qualifications are welcomed, they are not essential — we value practical experience and a genuine passion for early years care.
You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children, applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily. You will seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions, bonding with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
Experience of working within Early Years settings is essential. You’ll be joining the Blossom Tree Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning. Our nurseries are warm and nurturing environments that not only support children to be ready for school but also equip them with all the life skills they need to flourish and succeed.
