About the role
As an Early Years Educator, you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn.
Responsibilities
- Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
- Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions.
- Bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
- Show a true love for child development and care.
- Work as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively with management, peers and parents.
- Maintain high levels of care and empathy, turning every opportunity into a learning moment.
- Use knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Qualifications
- Early Years qualification at Level 2/3.
