Hi, I’m Elaine, the Nursery Manager at Tiny Tots. With 35 years of experience in early years education, I feel incredibly proud to lead our nursery, nestled in a peaceful and tranquil setting. Our beautifully converted red-brick farmhouse provides a calm, home-from-home environment where children feel safe, secure, and ready to learn.
Outdoor learning is at the heart of what we do. Our spacious, walled garden gives our children the freedom to explore, move, and play with friends, while our sensory room offers a cosy, nurturing space for our youngest children. We also make regular use of the neighbouring running track and gardens, further enhancing our outdoor learning experiences.
At Tiny Tots, we celebrate every child’s individuality. Our dedicated preschool classroom supports children as they prepare for school—fostering independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Our experienced and passionate team are well known in the local community for delivering outstanding care and education.
As an Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Responsibilities include:
- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bonding with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
Requirements:
- A true love for child development and care
- High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
- Early Years qualification at Level 3
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
