To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children, applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles daily. Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. Deliver high levels of care and empathy, understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
Requirements:
- An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
- Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
You’ll be joining the Nara Horton Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.
