What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client experiences and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Helping clients find storage solutions that fit their needs
- Managing front desk operations, customer inquiries, and property tours
- Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the property clean, organized, and client ready
- Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude with strong people skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are considered an asset
- Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed
Schedule
- Full-time permanent position
- Day shifts only
- Monday to Saturday availability required
- Weekend availability as needed
