Salary: £28,000-£30,000 basic + £3,000 achievable commission
Hours: 40 hours per week | Rotating shifts between Monday to Friday (07:00 - 15:15), Saturday (08:00 - 15:15) & Sunday (09:00 - 15:15)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets
- Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues
- Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts
- Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, keyholder, and alarm responsibilities
- Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
- Processing card and BACS payments, and supporting credit control
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Computer literate (Microsoft Suite)
- Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred)
