The predicted salary is between 40000 - 70000 £ per year.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization of key in-house projects, which will include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed-use schemes. The project manager should have an appropriate background which will include management, budgeting and analysis, and QS skills would be an advantage.

The salary is £40,000 plus additional on-target earnings (OTE £50,000 to £70,000) upon project completion.

40 Hours per week Monday to Friday.

Required skills:

  • AutoCAD 2D & 3D
  • Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management
  • Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
  • Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
  • Knowledge and experience with appropriate software

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will focus on leading construction projects, completing them on time & within budget. Building relationships with and liaising with third-party suppliers & contractors will also be needed to successfully execute the projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for 1-2 key projects, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects.
  • Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects.
  • Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress comprehensively.
  • Measure project performance, report to management, and escalate issues as necessary while maintaining relationships with all involved parties.
