Location: Newport, South Wales

Salary: £27,500 basic + £3,000+ achievable commission (sales & retentions)

Hours: 40 hours/week | Rotad shifts between Monday to Friday (08:00-20:00), Saturday (09:00-18:00) & Sunday (10:00-16:00)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving sales via high-volume outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and making targeted cold calls to convert new audiences into long-term customers
  • Engaging leads through email and live chat, using persuasive, customer-focused messaging to convert quotes and boost retention
  • Proactively following up on enquiries, building rapport and maintaining momentum to exceed sales targets
  • Processing payments, ensuring accurate credit control and smooth customer transactions
  • Collaborating with Sales and General Managers, supporting campaigns, refining strategies, and helping the team achieve growth goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, telemarketing or in a similar role
  • Comfortable using CRM software and communicating via email and live chat
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proactive and resilient approach
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Flexible availability
