Rota'd shifts between Monday and Friday (09:00–21:00), Saturday (09:00–18:00) and Sunday (10:00–16:00). Free storage unit for you or your family Early finish for hitting quarterly targets Quarterly achievable commission Recognition programs £250 reward for employee referrals Free on-site parking What You'll Be Doing Driving sales through high-volume outbound calling, handling inbound enquiries, and conducting targeted cold calling to generate new business and convert prospects into long-term customers Building strong customer relationships through email, live chat, and telephone communication, using persuasive, customer-focused messaging to increase conversions and maximise customer retention Proactively following up on enquiries and existing customer accounts, identifying retention opportunities, overcoming objections, and maintaining engagement to exceed sales targets Processing payments, managing credit control activities, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate, efficient customer transactions Collaborating with Sales and General Managers to support campaigns, improve customer retention, and contribute to overall business growth What We're Looking For: Experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or in a similar role Comfortable using CRM software and communicating via email and live chat Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proactive and resilient approach Strong objection-handling and closing skills
