We are looking to recruit an experienced and skilled Health and Safety Manager to join the team to co-ordinate, support and advise the business on all aspects with regards to Health and Safety. To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within Storage Giant are adhered to.

Schedule
40 Hours per week. Flexible working Monday to Friday between the hours of: 08:00 to 19:00.
The Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent and relevant experience in health and safety management
- NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified or equivalent accreditation
- NEBOSH National Fire Certificate Fire Safety & Fire Safety Management
- COSHH Trained
- Experience in implementing and monitoring Fire Risk Assessments
- Proven expertise in advising managers/supervisors, handling H&S investigations, and delivering training
- Strong knowledge of formulating, implementing, and revising H&S policies and procedures
- Up-to-date understanding of Health and Safety laws and regulations
The Role
- As the Health and Safety Manager, you'll report to the General Manager, ensuring and improving safety standards.
- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Conducting regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Providing comprehensive safety training to employees
- Investigating and reporting incidents and accidents
- Collaborating with department heads to maintain a secure working environment
