Construction Project Manager in England

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key in house projects, which will include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed-use schemes.
The project manager should have an appropriate background which will include management, budgeting and analysis, and QS skills would be an advantage.
RICS qualifications would be preferred but not essential.
