Hours: 40 hours per week | Rotad shifts between Monday to Friday (07:55-19:15), Saturday (08:55-18:15) & Sunday (09:55-16:15).

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets.
  • Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues.
  • Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts.
  • Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities.
  • Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Suite.
  • Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends.
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred).
