Responsibilities:
- Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets.
- Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues.
- Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts.
- Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities.
- Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries.
Requirements:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Suite.
- Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends.
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred).
- All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
