Hours: 40 hours per week | Rotad shifts between Monday to Friday (07:00-19:15), Saturday (08:55-18:15) & Sunday (09:55-16:15).

Responsibilities:
- Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets
- Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues
- Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts
- Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities
- Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Computer literate (Microsoft Suite)
- Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred)
- All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
