As a Junior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and contribute to the growth of our business. You will be provided with support and training across all aspects of the role, ultimately managing your own workload, building up your knowledge and experience over time so that you eventually handle more of your own briefs and start to develop your sector.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Client management – building deep long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate support – sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, screening and interviewing them to ensure accurate job matching.
  • Business development – proactively identifying, pursuing, and obtaining new business opportunities while staying informed of market trends.

To be successful in the role of a Junior Consultant you will need to:

  • Have relevant experience in recruitment, marketing, or sales, and a strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm with a desire to make a difference in someone’s career.
  • Have clear and concise communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable building relationships with people at all levels and carrying out business development.
