THE ROLE
- Support the end-to-end administration, planning and logistics of the resident events programme, ensuring every event reflects strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Be hands-on at both flagship and everyday events, helping to deliver seamless experiences by overseeing set-up, on-the-day operations and clear-down.
- Assist with detailed event planning, including creating event plans, coordinating resources, managing bookings, and liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Help ensure all events are delivered safely and compliantly, managing health & safety, security and regulatory requirements such as risk assessments, insurance and licensing documentation.
- Track event attendance, ticket allocations and resident feedback, supporting budget monitoring and reporting to inform and improve future events.
- Support event communications by setting up Eventbrite pages, coordinating pre- and post-event resident communications, and creating and distributing post-event surveys.
- Provide essential event administration support ahead of flagship events, including site decoration, signage, wristbanding, attendee lists by building and coordination of on-the-day materials.
- Gain exposure to events-led social media activity, including capturing live event content, collaborating with resident influencers and helping organise social media competitions.

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in events, ideally within BTR, residential, hospitality or lifestyle-led environments, agency or client-side.
- Highly organised with strong project coordination skills, able to juggle multiple events, priorities and deadlines with confidence.
- A confident, people-first communicator who enjoys engaging with residents and internal stakeholders, bringing a calm, solutions-focused approach on event days.
- Meticulous attention to detail in both planning and on-site delivery, ensuring every event is executed to a high standard from set-up through to close.
- Flexible and comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends in line with a dynamic events calendar.
- Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Eventbrite or similar event management platform, Canva & Instagram.
- You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
