The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.

As Head of Marketing you'll report into the founders and lead a small marketing team to deliver an integrated, B2C strategy. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth efforts by creating outbound strategies, launching and managing campaigns, optimising owned assets and using analytics to measure, refine and optimise performance. You will also utilise out of home and partnerships with local primary schools to drive engagement and conversion.

In order to be considered for the role of Head of Marketing, you will need to be able to commit to 4 days in the office in North London. You will also need the following:

  • Have worked in small/found led organisations
  • Experience of developing and implementing broad marketing strategies
  • In depth and hands on knowledge of different digital marketing channels from web optimisation, paid and SEO
  • Analytical and results driven; you’re able to interrogate data & understand quickly what is working then set, deliver & adjust a strategy, and present your plans and analysis to the rest of the company.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Experience in managing a P&L
  • Experience of working with founders, entrepreneurs, or owners.
  • Leadership & management ability – you’ll manage a team and you’ll be comfortable bringing people with you on a growth journey.

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK long term.
