Senior Retail Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Retail Marketing Manager with proven experience managing print/digital POS, in-store activations, and promotions. This is a hybrid role.

Salary: £60,000 – £63,000 per annum
Location: Greater London, Central London
Job Type: Permanent

Note: Candidates must have manager-level marketing experience within the retail sector to be considered.

The Role

Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Director, you will plan and deliver print POS and digital advertising assets for stores across the UK and internationally. You will oversee in-store activations and promotional activities.

You will lead a team of six marketing executives, manage agencies and budgets, and ensure campaign delivery as planned.

As a senior team member, you will influence strategy to enhance customer engagement and revenue. The environment is fast-paced but offers autonomy and respect.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven manager-level marketing experience in retail
  • Experience managing budgets, teams, and agencies (media, creative, print, distribution)
  • Extensive knowledge of print and digital POS production (including digital screens and window displays)
  • Experience working across multiple UK stores and internationally
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Data, insights, and reporting skills to evaluate campaign performance
