THE COMPANY Our client is a leading entertainment brand, known for hosting unique immersive events held in iconic venues such as the British Museum, Guildford Cathedral, and the National Space Centre. As they continue to expand across the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, they’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Account Manager to join their fast-paced, creative team in West London. This is an office-based role. THE ROLE As the Senior Paid Social Account Manager, you will have full ownership of the planning, execution, and analysis of paid social campaigns – primarily across META platforms. Your primary focus will be driving engagement and ticket sales for a wide range of high-profile events. You will: Create and manage end-to-end paid social media campaigns (primarily on META platforms) Optimise campaigns based on performance, with a strong focus on ROI and sales conversion Monitor ticket sales and adjust campaign strategy in real-time Work across both UK-based and international campaigns in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand Collaborate closely with the internal team to align campaign messaging and creative assets YOU You’ll need: Proven experience in a senior digital marketing or performance marketing role ideally within the events sector Strong background in Paid Social and/or Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in a consumer-focused environment Analytical skills to track performance and adjust campaigns Ability tomanage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Bonus if you have: Background in events, entertainment, or the leisure sector Experience running international campaigns You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
