About the Role
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead full-funnel customer acquisition strategies across organic (SEO & emerging Answer Engine Optimisation/AEO) and paid performance channels (Google Performance Max, Meta, Criteo, Affiliates, and offline media).
- Develop and refine complex multi-channel attribution models to track customer journeys, measure channel interplay, and optimise return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Line-manage and develop the SEO & AEO Manager, establishing clear channel strategies and setting high-impact KPIs for organic search.
- Scale acquisition engines and unlock growth opportunities across key European markets.
- Present performance, attribution insights, and strategic growth recommendations directly to senior leadership.
- Test and deploy rapid experimentation, leveraging modern martech (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush) and AI-driven bidding tools to drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product, tech, and safety teams to align growth campaigns with gold-standard safeguarding and compliance standards.

About You
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in acquisition, growth or performance marketing for a fast-growth tech company or online start-up.
- Strong command of paid media, LLMs, SEO, experimentation design, and funnel analytics.
- An innovator, using data to identify and launch new channels for customer acquisition.
- Experience building acquisition engines from scratch or scaling channels rapidly.
- Analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Sheets and analytical tool capabilities, with experience using data to drive campaign optimisation.
- A doer mentality – willing to dive into campaigns, dashboards, or experiments directly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to represent Marketing at senior levels.
- Leadership experience, including managing and developing small performance-focused teams.
- Knowledge of the digital marketplace industry is a plus.
