As interim Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager you will drive marketing for new BTR schemes, engaging residents, as well as managing the brand across all touchpoints. Looking for strong marketing leadership, drive and passion, as well as commercial acumen and the ability to link results to marketing.
ABOUT THE COMPANY: My client is an award-winning leader in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector, known for designing, building, and operating high-quality, branded apartment communities across the UK.
ABOUT THE ROLE: What you'll be doing:
- Lead the marketing and branding strategy across new and operational BTR schemes nationwide.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, PR, outdoor, and social media.
- Oversee production of marketing collateral including photography, video, and printed assets.
- Manage external agencies - from digital and PR to creative and media partners.
- Own the brand strategy and launch plan for upcoming developments, including major new sites.
- Contribute to corporate brand activity such as award submissions, websites, and social media.
- Implement resident engagement initiatives, loyalty programmes, and on-site event communications.
ABOUT YOU: What we're looking for:
- Strong marketing leadership, drive and passion, as well as commercial acumen and the ability to link results to marketing.
- Current experience within residential property (BTR, Co-living, PBSA preferred) or multi-site hospitality.
- Experience in a 360 degree marketing role including analysing performance, and optimising campaigns, to maximise ROI.
- Able to lead strategic thinking and willing to deliver activity.
- Highly organised self-starter who is adept at working with multiple stakeholders and driving projects to conclusion.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Creative and idea-driven, with experience of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress and similar tools.
- Innovative with a positive attitude towards embracing new technology, such as AI.
