With the peak Christmas trading period approaching, they're looking for an experienced Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join the team on a contract basis and support campaigns across two of their retail brands.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role for an experienced digital marketer who can quickly get up to speed and help maximise customer acquisition, online sales and ROI during one of the busiest trading periods of the year. You will work across PPC, paid media and affiliate/partner marketing, collaborating with e-commerce, brand, creative and commercial teams to ensure campaigns are optimised and delivering against trading targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid social and affiliate/partnership activity across two retail brands.
- Coordinate PPC campaigns with internal teams and external agency partners.
- Deliver supplier-funded and seasonal digital campaigns, including key Christmas trading activity.
- Monitor performance, budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, brand and creative teams to keep activity aligned with commercial priorities.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience across PPC, paid media and affiliate/partnership marketing.
- Experience delivering performance marketing campaigns within retail/ecommerce or a digital/performance agency.
- A commercial, data-driven approach with experience managing significant campaign budgets.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced trading environment.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
- Retail or multi-brand e-commerce experience would be particularly valuable, but strong agency-side performance marketing experience will also be considered.
