This well-known charity is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager with experience in the sector to manage integrated brand campaigns.

Salary: £45,754 per annum

Location: Greater London, Central London

Job Type: Freelance

Opportunity to join a great charity and team to help develop and deliver the charity’s integrated brand marketing activity, working closely with the wider Brand Marketing, fundraising and digital teams as well as other internal and external stakeholders and partners. You must have experience in the charity sector to be considered. 12 month FTC – Immediate start.

In the role of Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of multi-channel brand focused campaigns.

Role Overview

This is an exciting time to join the team as the charity has recently relaunched its brand strategy and identity. The role is varied and busy and will cover any and all of the following:

  • Developing multi-channel brand campaigns across all channels including ATL, outdoor and digital
  • Management of creative and media agencies, including media planning and buying
  • Ensuring all campaign activity is consistent with the brand strategy and identity to the external world and has audience insight at its heart
  • Developing strategic plans based on audience research and insights, including making brand campaign recommendations to senior leadership
  • Overseeing brand tracking and performance, reporting on key metrics and making relevant recommendations
  • Working with charity fundraising teams to ensure campaigns, activity and communications that are developed are ‘on-brand’ and rooted in the brand strategy and narrative
  • Leading and project-managing business-critical projects and managing complex stakeholders, ensuring maximum engagement, facilitating collaborative and efficient decision making
  • Providing strategic marketing integration advice for activity and campaigns that aren’t owned by the Brand Marketing team
  • Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Managing and reporting on brand budget

Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience of leading B2C brand strategy and ATL and BTL campaigns including implementation of brand guidelines for a charity
  • Experience of planning and delivering multi-channel brand campaigns to a consumer audience, including advertising, outdoor and digital
  • Experience of managing creative and media agencies
  • Experience of overseeing brand tracking and reporting
  • Experience of managing campaign budget
  • Experience of leading successful marketing campaigns including developing structured marketing plans with clear objectives, KPIs and a defined target audience, shaping messaging, measurement, evaluation and reporting
  • Experience of leading/commissioning research projects to deliver clear insights and actionable findings
  • Data literacy and confidence in using data to analyse and improve brand and marketing performance
