A growing retail brand in SE London is looking for a creative individual to own social media & content, with scope to grow your digital skills. This is a hybrid role 2 days in the office (with additional content days out of office), salary £30-35k.
The Company
This successful interiors brand is looking to bring their social media and content creation in-house. You’ll be joining a small yet passionate and collaborative team and working closely with the marketing lead to build a bank of engaging content, manage influencer partnerships and drive organic growth across social channels. There are also great opportunities to grow into a broader digital role over time.
THE ROLE
Initially focused on organic social media, you’ll be planning and creating engaging content across all channels. You’ll be behind the camera capturing content, editing, scheduling, reporting and helping the brand grow its following and engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Owning the social content calendar and posting schedule
  • Creating video, image and graphic content using tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Responding to messages and engaging with followers
  • Managing influencer relationships and identifying new partners
  • Briefing agencies on paid social campaigns
  • Track and report monthly on KPIs

YOU
We\’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media channels (particularly Instagram)
  • Strong content creation skills – comfortable filming, editing, using Canva or similar
  • Confident communicator who can manage relationships with agencies and influencers
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
