About the Role
We’re working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Polish-speaking SEO Specialist to join their team and take ownership of their key retail clients. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone from an agency background with e-commerce experience, who enjoys combining strategy, execution, and close client collaboration.
- Full ownership of SEO delivery: strategy, research, copywriting, implementation, and performance analysis
- Acting as a key client contact, working closely with four stakeholders from the client’s internal brand team
- Regularly handling data-driven and technical requests on an ad-hoc basis
- Working client-facing alongside an internal Project Manager
- Reporting into a line manager with deep, long-term knowledge of the client and strong SEO expertise to learn from

About You
What We’re Looking For
- Polish speaker with excellent English (language nuance is essential), preferably UK based.
- Proven SEO experience, ideally within an agency and e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation
- Confident working with data, insights, and performance reporting
- Comfortable being hands-on and accountable for execution, not just strategy
- Client-facing, organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Search Console, Data Studio, Screaming Frog.
