This Head of Client & Marketing Delivery is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, leads with confidence, and is as comfortable shaping strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. You’ll take full ownership of three key B2B tech accounts and your focus is to stabilise, structure and elevate delivery — creating clarity for clients and momentum for internal teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and leading full go-to-market plans
  • Shaping campaign strategy, messaging and positioning
  • Guiding clients towards commercially sound decisions
  • Translating business goals into clear, actionable delivery plans
  • Acting as the senior strategic partner for top accounts
  • Owning senior stakeholder relationships with confidence and authority
  • Navigating complex channel and partner ecosystems
  • Serving as the day-to-day escalation point, with MD sponsorship
  • Leading weekly stand-ups and maintaining delivery momentum
  • Line-managing and developing Account Managers and Project Managers

A core part of this Head of Client & Marketing Delivery role is taking operational pressure off the Managing Director owning briefs, delivery, timelines and client firefighting so agency leadership can focus on growth.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years’ experience in B2B tech marketing
  • Strong agency background leading complex client accounts
  • Deep understanding of channel marketing and partner ecosystems
  • Calm, credible leadership style — confident without ego
  • Comfortable coaching teams and challenging clients when needed
  • Naturally organised, proactive and delivery-focused
