Research Director (or Associate Director) required to join a growing and ambitious quantitative team in central London.

THE COMPANY
Independent, mid-sized research consultancy who work with global clients to deliver insight activation. You\’ll get involved in tackling all kinds of insight, innovation and strategy work, frequently worldwide.

THE ROLE
As quantitative Research Director, you\’ll be working in a friendly and dynamic environment, delivering bespoke research projects for a range of clients. You\’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors and methodologies – from brand tracking to segmentation and anything and everything else in between.

As Research Director you\’ll be spending your time on:

• owning key account relationships and proactively growing existing accounts
• acting as \’quality control\’, ensuring the quality of work delivered to clients
• getting involved in the day to day aspects of project management – helping shape questionnaires for example
• writing winning proposals
• developing more junior members of the team.

On average, people work from the central London office 3 days per week.

YOU
We\’re looking for someone with the following profile:

• extensive quantitative research agency experience, including both tracker and ad hoc research (essential)
• someone keen to develop themselves – and develop others
• excellent organisational skills
• and excellent communication skills

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
