Overview
Marketing Operations Manager role at Stopgap β Marketing, Digital & Creative Recruitment. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on coordinating marketing initiatives, mentoring the team, and driving campaign performance.
What youβll be doing
- Lead & mentor the Marketing Ops team, holding regular check-ins and supporting career growth.
- Streamline campaign delivery: manage priorities, allocate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor performance: track KPIs, spot opportunities and push for continuous improvement.
- Remain hands-on when needed; quality control and attention to detail matter here.
- Champion collaboration & learning: create a team culture where people enjoy working and growing.
- Report on wins & challenges to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
- Keep skills sharp: bring best practices in digital marketing and campaign management into the team.
This role is based from Central London, working hybrid 3 days per week and paying Β£35k β Β£40k depending on experience.

- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
