ABOUT THE ROLE
What you will be doing:
- Develop the overarching brand, marketing, communications and PR strategy.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (end-to-end).
- Analyse campaign performance to inform strategy, decision making and optimise campaigns.
- Develop and oversee the delivery of the charity's multimedia plan, ensuring the creation of targeted, engaging and interactive content.
- Manage a team of 4.

About You
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of multi-channel marketing campaign management (end-to-end) including setting objectives, tracking and evaluating results and managing budgets.
- Strong expertise of brand campaign and brand strategy.
- In-depth experience of managing content channels (organic and paid).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Solid experience of line management.
- Outstanding communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience of working in the not-for-profit sector would be highly desirable.
