As they prepare to launch an exciting new visitor attraction at The O2, they're looking for a Venue & Attraction Marketing Manager to play a key role in bringing this brand-new destination to life.

About The Role This is a rare opportunity to join ahead of launch and help shape the marketing strategy for an entirely new attraction.

Working closely with specialist teams across CRM, ecommerce, social media, PR and digital marketing, you'll lead the local marketing activity that drives awareness, ticket sales and an exceptional guest experience.

You'll split your time between the Central London office and the venue itself, becoming an ambassador for the attraction and ensuring every campaign reflects the experience guests receive on‑site.

What You'll Be Doing Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive visitor numbers, ticket sales and brand awareness.

Create engaging social content by filming and editing on‑site for organic channels.

Manage influencer partnerships and work with an external digital agency to deliver paid social campaigns.

Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and commercial offers.

Deliver sales‑led email campaigns while supporting the CRM Manager with pre‑ and post‑visit customer journeys.

Partner with the ecommerce team to ensure ticketing campaigns, pricing and promotional activity are delivered successfully.

Manage venue content across the corporate website and ticketing platforms, ensuring messaging remains accurate, engaging and on‑brand.

Monitor customer feedback across reviews, surveys and social media, sharing insights that help improve both the guest experience and marketing performance.

Collaborate closely with venue operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing activity reflects the evolving visitor experience and wider commercial priorities.

Working Pattern Hybrid working between the Central London office and The O2, Greenwich (typically three days per week across both locations).

Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend activity, with time off in lieu provided.

You’ll Bring Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive visitor numbers, ticket sales or audience engagement.

Strong digital marketing skills across social media, content, CRM and campaign management.

Confidence creating social content, working with influencers and collaborating with agencies and internal marketing teams.

A proactive, self‑starting approach with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a role where you'll help shape new ways of working.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with plenty of energy, creativity and a hands‑on attitude.
