About The Company

What You Will Be Doing

  • Actively tend to and build the broader community, nurturing relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for collaboration and developing events that bring the network together in new ways.
  • Engage and build the alumni network.
  • Lead community initiatives such as events and outreach.
  • Manage and moderate the online community channels.
  • Build relationships and network with contacts at universities and research organisations.

About You

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience building and sustaining a community, with evidence of engagement and retention outcomes.
  • Experience of planning and delivering outreach campaigns and events.
  • A strong understanding of deeptech and the university/ research ecosystem.
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills, maturity and emotional intelligence.
  • Genuine interest in science and technology.
  • Ability to travel across the UK and Europe.
