About The Role
This is a pivotal role for a hands‐on creative to execute concept‐led design across digital, e‐commerce, and social channels.
- Deliver high‐impact creative designs, motion graphics and 3D renders for global campaigns, product launches, and digital toolkits.
- Actively explore, test, and embed emerging AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Midjourney) within the motion pipeline to reduce churn and increase speed‐to‐market.
- Ensure all digital design and motion output is on‐brand, commercially effective, and optimized for specific platform performance.
£38-42k 2 days in office (London Bridge)
About You
- You will have lots of energy, be a positive team player, and have at least 4‐6 years of Agency and Motion Design experience.
- 4-6+ years of agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, digital design, high‐end 3D product rendering, and social‐first motion design.
- Expert‐level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender).
- A proactive interest in Agentic AI and augmented workflows to enhance the creative process.
- You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
