We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of marketing strategy across a global portfolio of live events and entertainment brands. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to market live experiences, build audiences, and drive ticket sales at scale. You’ll combine strategic thinking with creative campaign development, leading a talented marketing team while delivering high-impact campaigns across multiple markets.

About the Role
You'll Be Responsible For
- Developing and leading the marketing strategy across a portfolio of live event brands
- Creating integrated campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience growth and brand awareness
- Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary marketing team across paid media, content and social
- Overseeing digital marketing activity across Meta, TikTok, Google, email and emerging channels
- Driving creative campaign ideas that cut through and generate audience engagement
- Managing budgets, analysing performance and optimising ROI
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, event teams and external partners to deliver commercially successful campaigns

- Strong commercial acumen, budget management and performance analysis skills
