THE ROLE
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Head of Growth Marketing to lead the lead generation marketing function and accelerate growth. You’ll develop and execute a strategy that fuels the sales pipeline, raises brand awareness, and drives measurable results across multiple products and sectors. This is a permanent role, London based, paying £70,000.
You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing activity with business goals, and lead a small in-house team plus specialist agencies.
What You’ll Do
- Create and deliver a comprehensive growth marketing plan tied to commercial targets
- Own the full marketing funnel - from awareness to SQL - optimising conversion at each stage
- Lead demand generation across digital, events, content, and partnerships
- Develop impactful sales enablement tools and collateral
- Oversee digital channels including website, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), SEO and CRM
- Manage a high-impact events strategy (webinars, trade shows, partner events)
- Track and optimise performance against clear KPIs and ROI metrics
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team
YOU
To be successful in this Head of Growth Marketing role you will have previous experience of transitioning a company from start-up through scale-up and beyond.
- Proven senior B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience with tangible commercial results
- Previous product marketing experience
- Strong grasp of marketing funnel optimisation, demand generation, and digital channels
- Skilled in campaign performance tracking and data-driven decision-making
- Confident communicator and relationship builder, gain trust and influence across functions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, aligning marketing and sales teams
- Experience delivering successful events, webinars, and content strategies
- Knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM and automation tools (WordPress, Active Campaign a plus)
- Passion for using technology and data to create social impact
