Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, you will be the driving force behind a global social and influencer strategy—blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact on engagement, awareness, and sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead a global social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Own and lead the global influencer marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class influencer campaigns.
  • Identify, contact, and nurture relationships with influencers who authentically align with the brand vision, values, and luxury positioning.
  • Oversee influencer campaign budgets.
  • Drive creative innovation, introducing fresh formats, new content approaches, and emerging platform opportunities to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Partner closely with regional teams, ensuring the global strategy is consistently executed while empowering local adaptation and excellence.
  • Use insights and analytics to measure impact, refining strategies to continually improve performance across channels.
